Easy Financing

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Our fees are all-inclusive which means we do not charge for pre- and post-treatment records, braces removal, or your first set of retainers. An estimate of these fees will be provided during your first appointment at the complimentary consultation. Don’t worry; all financial arrangements will be thoroughly discussed with you before beginning treatment.

Financing Options

We offer various payment plans and work closely with you to find one that fits into your budget. Our payment and financing options include:
  • No interest, in-office financing: This usually consists of a down payment and then the balance divided into interest-free, monthly installments over the course of the treatment.
  • Fee reductions are offered for pre-payment in full or for families with multiple patients.
  • We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards. Automatic monthly payment options are also provided to make it more convenient for you to get your bill paid on time.

How does orthodontic insurance work? There are many different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers, and each contract provides a different benefit. However, orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services. This benefit is paid as a percentage of the orthodontic fee (diagnostic records, initial fee, monthly payments, etc.) until the benefit maximum has been reached. Charges for lost or broken appliances may not be covered by insurance.

We accept most major insurance plans as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSA) allowing you to maximize your insurance benefits more easily. As a service to our patients, we are happy to verify your orthodontic benefits and process your insurance forms for you. Please call Sparks Family Orthodontics for a free consult and we will take all of your insurance information over the phone to have an accurate estimate of your benefits to discuss with you at your first appointment.

Flexible Monthly Payment Options

There are many factors that determine the cost of your treatment: how extensive the issues are that you want corrected, how long your treatment plan will last, and the specific treatment details prescribed by ther doctor.
